Design and Technical

We design custom apparel that is versatile and stylish, ensuring your brand makes the best first impression. Our international design team utilizes sustainable fibers wherever possible and continually assesses global industry trends. We offer cross-functional solutions for garment enhancement, quick integration of design elements, and commercially creative designs that recognize diversity and inclusion. Our approach extends program lifecycles through phased integration, waste reduction, and inventory management. We seamlessly collaborate with brand and marketing agencies, stakeholders, and named designers to bring your vision to life.



We take pride in our supplier relationships, with our longest spanning 23 years, a testament to our commitment to reliability and consistency. Our robust supplier resilience framework ensures dependable supply chains, while our fully factored garments help reduce costs, lead times, and environmental impacts. We conduct constant reviews of manufacturing locations and require site visits before partnering with new manufacturers. With over 40 manufacturing partners, we regularly assess product capability and compliance. Additionally, our Dhaka liaison office, staffed with 28 dedicated employees, supports our operations and maintains the highest standards.


Logistics & Fullfilment

Centrally located, our 100,000-square-foot Indiana distribution center provides three-day ground shipping to 75% of the U.S. population and three-to-five-day delivery to most European and Asian locations. At Affinity, our staff drives the success of our customers' programs. We take pride in promoting from within through full-time and temp employees. Our team is cross-trained in multiple departments to create a strong group, nurturing ideas for continuous improvement and flexibility to meet our customers' needs. Dedicated aisles and pick faces for our customers' brands keep your products separate, streamlining picking, putting away, and replenishment to increase efficiency. With a web-to-warehouse concept, fully automated conveyors, a five-point accuracy check, and on-site embroidery, heat transfer, and alteration capabilities, our facility provides correct and rapid order processing and shipments to your employees. Additionally, our serialization capabilities provide lifetime product tracking to protect your brand.


Inventory Management

We will successfully manage your program utilizing Sofco's demand and planning software and our years of experience in various industries and scenarios in the U.S. and Europe. With a vendor-managed strategy, Affinity plans, sources, warehouses, and distributes inventory while mitigating risk with our customer's commitment. Continual transparency and collaboration with all key stakeholders are achieved through a dedicated planner who plans on an account basis instead of by category. Affinity has extensive experience with inventory transfer from previous suppliers. Together, your company, the incumbent, and Affinity will negotiate any significant logistics and operational variables.

ECommerce Solutions

At Affinity, our business systems team continuously analyzes and improves our customer-specific branded websites. We utilize modern, integrated, and secure IT systems to ensure seamless operations. Our capabilities include punchout integration, secure login with unique usernames and passwords, and employee account maintenance through the SFTP process. Based on user login, appropriate garments and customizations are displayed, while super user and admin capabilities enhance control. Users can view available allowance or point balances, place and track orders, and access online chat for support, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient user experience.
