Our Honolulu Uniform Center brings the program to life. The center provides fittings, new-hire distributions, alterations, and luggage issuance, ensuring every employee receives the right garments quickly and confidently. Created by designers Sig Zane and Kūhaʻo Zane, the Hawaiian Airlines collection celebrates native Hawaiian artistry while meeting the comfort and performance demands of today’s aviation professionals. Affinity collaborated closely with Hawaiian Airlines and the design team to bring this vision to life, managing the translation of patterns, materials, and colorways into high-quality production. From woven lehua blossom motifs to breathable fabrics and gender-inclusive silhouettes, each garment helps team members express both cultural pride and confidence in their role. Affinity also supported extensive wearer trials and feedback sessions across multiple workgroups, ensuring the final uniforms delivered comfort, mobility, durability, and alignment with Hawaiian Airlines’ brand identity.
